Just got my 'Secrid' twin-card wallet in post. Nice bit of kit, the 'fan' up motion to 'present' four credit cards (works OK with five embossed in mine and they say six if not 'embossed') from each holder is really good action and room inside for receipts, other cards, etc.
Got £85 in various notes in the cash part and it hasn't bulked it up too badly. The footprint is about 10mm wider and taller (plus the 'triggers' stick out at base of wallet) than an actual credit card and it fits nicely in front jeans pocket and isn't too bulky for jacket inside pocket despite the twin version being about 25mm thick (that's with my cash and a few receipts in), it doesn't feel as bulky as that figure may suggest
Well designed and engineered with extruded aluminium for the card holders and good quality leather. Any 'weak point' I'd expect to be around the 'trigger' mechanism for the cards potentially? Register online for three year guarantee which I will do

That looks good. Does it have a decent size coin pocket?2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

No coin pocket - not on my 'wish list' at all. They suggest that the two inner pockets (where you can see my receipts and the one opposite that) can "hold a few coins" but it would bulk the wallet up and only a 'single layer' IMO.
I've registered mine online (it has a 'VIN' stamped on the inside of the aluminium card holder) and got my three year warranty certificate.
I've also taken opportunity to email them asking some questions about materials and durability test results, etc. Waiting a response
My concern that the 'trigger' mech' may be a weak point is allayed somewhat by claim on their website that it is tested to 250k cycles.

Before I buy one of these Secrid wallets, any reservations two years later? Has it stood the test of time?

No regrets. Got two now. The ‘double’ one earlier in the post and also a ‘single’ version I use when out and wearing a jacket/suit for better pocket fit and/or away on holiday etc. and no need for all my cards. Still think it’s a top notch product

My wife bought it for me (and spent quite a bit more than that ^ but I like it a lot.
I have about 7 cards in it and unlike the picture you can't really carry a wog of cash (maybe 2 folded notes max) but I pretty much don't carry any cash other than a shopping cart £1 these days.
I like it much more than I thought I would and I haven't felt a need to go back to my normal wallet / phone wallet.Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

Fantastic that's good to hear.
Many thanks.... Going to order a double first but may follow your lead and get a single for nights out too at some point.
