They are a bit of a faff, I tend to use the offside towing mirror only. I know it's wrong but there are no dual carriageways where we tour. I have the other mirror somewhere, this thread has reminded me to dig it out and start using it - next season maybe
If we head South on dual carriageways I'd use the near side mirror too. I have Milenco Aeros with the inner tube mod and they work great on the M16 D4 mirrors

why wouldnt you use them. I'm of the opinion that the most visibilty you can get is better. You dont just have them for use "on dual carriageways", what about when reversing, passing stationary stuff.
Its a no brainer to me to have them on both sides as I can then see the back corners (and not just down the sides) of whatever it is I am towing.

This seems to imply you don't overtake unless on a dual carriageway . . . . ! A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
