We've even fixed the A30 now
Haha! Unthinkable I know
I always travel overnight so I've never had an issue with traffic but that A30 is a lot better for sure!D4 MY15 (64) SE Tech, Loire Blue

So far so good with the Discovery, the whole family love it although the kids moan they haven’t got heated seats in the rear!
Having a service and it’s first MOT next week so fingers crossed.
Not done much to it so far, put LED interior bulbs in, new set of Goodyear Wrangler All Weathers on and bought and fitted a fixed tow bar which needed a bit of TLC.
Saving the pennies now to get the remote FBH sorted and looking at either side steps or rock sliders.
Cleaned up, painted and fitted...
Keeping on top of cleaning the engine bay!

Probably about time for an update!
It’s behaved itself very well over the last 18 months or so.
Only thing that faulted was the bonnet catch, alarm kept going off, new catch sorted that.
Oil change and genuine pads and discs all round and going perfect, now on 75k miles.
Added a couple of bits,
Full length Front Runner roof rack and adapters for the Thule bike racks...
Putting it to good use...!
Just added an ARB 2.5mtr Awning with home made brackets which mount it lower than the off the shelf brackets...
Yesterday fitted the table slides for the Front Runner table...
Think that’s it, all caught up!D4 MY15 (64) SE Tech, Loire Blue

Do they come off easy enough for painting?
If so I’ll get them done (by myself), would definitely look better!D4 MY15 (64) SE Tech, Loire Blue

the end caps are tricky but doable with a bit of patinece
main handle just comes out easy once cap is removed

Thanks, when it’s going to be stood for a day or so I’ll pop the handles off and do them
I’ve never steam cleaned the engine bay no, don’t think I’d dare with all the electrics in there!
Really just a blow down with an air gun and then your choice of spray cleaner and brush/cloth, then I use Autoglym Vinyl and rubber care. To be fair though it’s never really been super dirty, I haven’t been wading through muddy water or anything D4 MY15 (64) SE Tech, Loire Blue
