Discowex - What Walmseys and NHR said (even though I didn't have any extra postage to pay!)
NHR - It does make a change to have something work in your favour through working abroad!
E-mail from Julia received and replied to. Should be sent next week.
As all have said, excellent service Not something I've been used to since living in France, where "customer service" is an almost unknown concept!

Thanks everyone , but my offer to cover still stands.
If anyone doesn't receive an email by this afternoon then please let me know by PM ( Include your real name so that I can associate it with the excel sheet I have saved). If you want to call her directly then please do so but bear in mind she is working on a backlog from this morning
I should think though that she should have all your details already as she needed it to send her bank transfer details for payment,
The only ones I don't have emails addresses for are Disconutter , Slimer & JKP
Thanks & apologies again ,
DW
Edited to add : I have adjusted the price accordingly on page 1 for future if need be.

While your there , if you need them , get them to cut out little holes for the loadspace liner ..it fits much better with them. You can cut it yourself ..but she stitched some edging around mine aswell..
I picked mine up from them , and the guy said he would fit it ..took about 1/2 hour first time as he cleaned all the panels so the velcro would stick.
Also get some spare velcro off them , as now and again a piece will come off .. G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I asked her that same question at the early stages( see page 1) and she declined as they didnt have it plotted on their template machine ( see also she actually mentioned it on her email , previous page to this)
In saying that if Wiggsy got it done , may have been on site
At this stage I think Ill be digging out the Singer and some thread .

I think it has to be done on site - she's confirmed that she can arrange for mine to be done when I call next Thursday. 2013 D4 HSE Luxe in Indus Silver

Yes , i had mine done while there ...he fitted it and i found it was quite hard to get the clips lined up on the loadspace cover, as the material is quite thick.
He wipped off the top covers after making a wee chalk mark ..nipped back in to the office.
Returned 5 mins later with them done ..great job.
Perhaps you should see if Julia wants to make a template while your there ..may be usefull as an option for others who missed this group buy. G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Discowex, I'm not worried about a bit of postage cost and I am still grateful to you for organising this group buy as I for one would have probably never got around to buying one of these otherwise! interested in having the splits added but haven't heard from Julia as yet,
cheers,

Hi DW
I'm interested in having the splits added but haven't heard from Julia as yet, is she e-mailing everyone or just those who have raised the issue if so, perhaps you could add me to the list.

DW - as per blue meanie - OK with postage - awaiting instructions...
I presume we don't need to send it ALL back? (As long as we do send the RIGHT bits back...)
Andy 2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

Sorry Gents , I've been waiting from word back from Julia before I could say anything .
Anyway to be the bearer of bad news Heres a C & P of the email received a short while ago :
Quote:Hi *******,
We have tried today to remedy the problem with the liners. Sadly design can't alter them and we can't remake all the liners at such a loss with the discount being so generous in the first place.. We will re make the ones unsent for the overseas customers, yourself, France, Poland, Norway & Aus.Mr B*****y is coming in on Thursday so we will have to make a new liner for him.We also managed to alter Mr H*******'s liner as his was a 5 seater with a guard. The dog guard orders are already a rear plus to allow for the guard.
We appreciate your interest in our products and hope this will not deter you from using our company in future. I have informed the overseas customers that there will be a small delay as we remake the liners.
Kindest regards,
Julia.
Im sorry to be the bearer of bad news guys.Im also sorry as stated before for not checking thoroughly although I do have to say again thet the pictures attached with the email previously posted suggest a different product.Looks like the overseas orders will be ok and those that ordered the dog guard option ,
