Ok so some of you may know I've had an Easy Lift suspension module on my D4 for a while.
I fitted one about a year ago whilst doing some beta testing for the manufacturer Landrover Passion in Italy, anyone who saw my car on the forum stand at Peterborough Landrover show will have seen my D4 with it fitted. A few members have since bought units, here and over on RRS
The module is available for D3, D4 and RRS
I have been in talks and have managed to get a 10% discount on all versions for the forum
Full is £420
Plus is £295
Lite is £230
There is shipping on top, but if we can get numbers I can get a bulk shipment arranged 👍
So what's the unit do?
The Easy Lift Suspensions module allows you to take advantage of the potential of the car’s original pneumatic suspension system at the best.
Its installation is totally plug and play and takes about 30 minutes with no need to modify your car’s mechanics.
Once installed with a simple click on Easy Lift’s controller you can change the height of the cars suspension to suit your needs, depending on the ground conditions or presence of obstacles, the height adjustment is independent from the existing LR control and is not effected by the vehicle’s speed.
Easy Lift is available in three versions, FULL , PLUS and LITE .
The FULL version is equipped with standard programs and special programs.
The Standard programs allow 5 variations of height: -30mm; -20mm; neutral; +35mm, +55mm and +70mm.
The Special programs offer the ability to self – manage special or emergency situations:
The Wheel alignment, also know as tight tolerance program locks the suspension process in the correct setting for accurate wheel alignment of the vehicle
The Extra Low program enables to lower the vehicle down to the minimun limit allowed, without completely emptying the pneumatic system and/or without generating any fault codes. It’s designed to facilitate the boarding and alighting of persons with reduced mobility or to facilitate the loading/unloading of luggage or parcels/materials from the vehicle, whether they are stored in the luggage door or on the roofrack.
The Recovery program, depending on the type of electronic failure occurred to the original suspension system, allows the car to be relifted after lowering to the bump stops. This way you can drive the car to home or local garage avoiding tow costs or the need to use a recovery vehicle.
The PLUS version is equipped of three standard programs for the variation of heights: -30mm; -20mm; neutral; +35mm, +55mm and +70mm.
The LITE version is equipped of three standard programs for the variation of heights: -20mm; neutral; +35mm and +55mm.
Each Easy Lift program can be used in conjunction with the original Land Rover variations (Access, Standard or Off Road) allowing for example to reach the maximum height of +125mm (Full version) or + 110 mm (Lite version) compared to the Standard.
While set in Neutral position, Easy Lift is completely transparent to the original system and does not perform any change.
There are smartphone Apps both iOS and Android that are compatible with all versions of Easy Lift and allows you to view:
real-time suspensions height, similar to 4x4 view on the sat nav screen, but shows what the Easy Lift is doing to the suspension
program or height activated
Mirroring the controller by displaying the program or height you are selecting while moving the knob
The App is customizable by choosing the vehicle model, the tyre type that you want to show (off road or road type).
Plug and play loom
Control knob

UPDATE
The latest software was applied to all units purchased via this group buy, those who bought new there was a small 2-3 day delay in their units being shipped but I could say why whilst in beta testing, today I can
The modules can now be controlled from the smartphone app Andriod is live iOS is awaiting release
You get the option to select height or programme from the phones screen
Then confirm height change, all without using the control knob
And just in case, here is a small button on the side of the module that will allow you to reset to neutral should you have a phone issue and don't have the controller fitted
Great bit of kit, especially when you can remember which settings to use!Paul.

I’ll try to dig some out & post up. Worked well for getting through water & increasing the departure angle for a short while to max then back down again when cleared for the couple of times it was needed on some of the rougher bits, once you’be remembered the correct settings it’s a doddle to use.
In the meantime controller mounted here:

I can confirm what written above, this kit has a quicker response to your height request in respect of other similar modules, is quite intuitive and looks like heavy duty stuff.
It is "essential" on dunes and corrugated tracks to maintain a 3" lift at any speed!

great idea and a nice bit of kit, but are there any long term implications to using something like this?

You have to use it reasonably, the extra lift (up to fully extended at +5") should be used just where high ground clearance or departure angles are required, then lowering back to off road height permit suspensions to have the right droop while twisting the body in order to maintain all 4 wheel in contact with ground as long as possible.
In any case, this kit remain inside the LR suspension travel limit (maximum lift is equal to LR "super extended mode) to avoid any possible mechanical overstress - Easy-Lift suspension module 4.0

I have a D3 with the Easy Lift module fitted (PLUS version) and I’m very happy with it! I usually set a lower height when driving on-road, because I prefere a more “urban” routine and in order to get up and down more easily (yes, I’m quiet a short person!). When my husband has to look under the car or when a service is needed, we set the module at the highest position instead and we place some stands as a safety measure, so working under the D3 is less problematic. Change of wheels is easier, too.
We have not tried offroad use yet but several friends have, and they all say EL is of great help!Disco 3 presa a Gennaio 2016
