Thats cool, just looked on ebay never knew they came with v8 looks like 275 Bhp too, does it use the same 6 speed box props diffs etc i.e can that all remain the same?
You will know better than most, whats the v8 like reliability wise any similar issues to the 3.0 i.e crank!
Looks like a great project i will be watching closely!

Front and rear diffs are the same, as are the front driveshafts and front prop...
Rear driveshafts are different
Gearbox is different
Most of the drivetrain is the same
Reliability, they eat turbos and EGR valves, both of which have already been replaced My D3 Build Thread
What about transplanting the petrol supercharged from the RRS into a D3 V8?____
