oh an HSE bali blue 8) - has it been good to you
It’s a LR so it’s had it’s moments, but I still love it! I’m not leaving the fold as we pick up an ‘orange’ 2016 Landmark on Wednesday. Pity they didn’t do Bali blue for the run-out models too.

Thanks Euan. I really fancied a late Firenze red HSE Luxury to replace the Bali blue one, but most seem to come with black wheels and black everything else which isn’t my thing I’m afraid. So, totally ‘off the wall’ orange (Zanzibar) is the order of the day.

More responsive, and possibly a little smoother in the gear change department, but I never had an issue with the old six speed. It’s got a few more toys - cameras, TV’s etc., and a bit more leather, but it’s not as well put together as the 2010 model (yet!!).

I really liked the extra leather on mine
In what way is not as well built? Just curious...

Trim bits not fitting as well - across the door rubbers at floor level for instance, or the front cup-holder panel not sitting quite correctly. It is possible that some bits might have been moved by the previous owner of course, but why? It feels more taught to drive (as it should), but some aspects are a little disappointing - things that we didn’t notice until looking VERY closely. I am picky, I will admit.
