After this I actually found the reason it kept coming loose was the "intake duct" was worn and cracked where the metal clip goes. I since bought a new one and all issues solved - no more oil leak or air leak.

Intake duct part number LR014212

Hi Jeffster, sorry mismanaged my videos, when you had the problem, did it make similar sound as per videos linked? (my experience).

I’ve been diagnosing my intake coming off my throttle body as well. I eventually spotted that the metal clip, while looking fully seat wasn’t. With some leverage and force, plus a flat blade screwdriver, I was able to get it to seat correctly. Problem solved.

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the o-ring seal itself? I've got a slight leak in this area and hoping it is just the o-ring, but can't find the relevant part number.

Not sure if this helps because suspiciously no o-ring or clip shown.

Surely you do not have to buy the whole intake? Someone who knows better will be along shortly Whistle

Good luck Thumbs Up
