Turbo,
We HSE drivers only wave to other HSE drivers. It is beneath our dignity to move below our circle. Also, we often don't know its an HSE until we see either the wheels or the badge on the back. By then it would be too late anyway. We DON"T wave to R/R drivers either.

This is a common topic across numerous car clubs/forums.

The only owners that I have ever seen that will consistenty wave to other owners is people who drive VW Kombi's.

Furymax,
HSE drivers have been known to sometimes wave to Defender drivers.
(We appreciate the efforts they are going through and the sacrfices they are making),

Well Im stuffed then, no wonder other HSE drivers dont wave or wave back at me, you wouldnt know mine was an HSE as the rims are GMAX and the rear wheel carrier hides the HSE V8 Very Happy . I do wave occasionally at D3 drivers, moreso if I see that they have had some mods to them, occasionally get a wave back,

Regards

I used to wave, but now that the "young mums" in my area (Bayside B-r-i-g-h, t-o-n) Razz

have discovered the amazing capacity of a D3, there are too many D3's to wave to Smile

Anyway, they probably would just think I was an "Old Far t" being cheeky Twisted Evil

The lady at the other end of my street (with teenage daughters) has a silver SE.

I am now getting some lovely (mistaken) smiles and waves from teenage girls who are waiting for them to

come home Very Happy

even though i drive a hse, i try and wave to all d3 owners and defenders too ... but generally not to the RRS or RR mob ...
sometimes you get a wave back, sometimes you don't and look like a nob .... but what the heck ...

i pulled up beside a TDV6 with WA plates (TUFF 2) in southern sydney and had a good chat at the lights ... always good to catch up with fellow d3's ! Very Happy

so i'll keep waving, just incase it may be another forum member Wink

ordered my front windscreen disco3.co.uk sticker from martin ... should make things easier to identify ... Wink
