A Golf GTi was always one of the cars I’d wanted to own... then I discovered Land Rovers.
Now that grandchildren have arrived and double buggies are the transport of the day, I hope to have my D4 for a while yet! The cavernous boot of the D4 is essential!
Hope you get as much fun out of the vee dub as you did the Disco! As you slide down the banister of life
may no splinters point your way

Sorry to see you go Adam, but motoring needs change.
Wife has a Golf GTD, and I keep finding excuses to borrow it...it's a cracking bit of kit. The GTI Performance won't disappoint "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
Locking rear E-diff
RLD spare wheel protector & sump guard
Extended roof rails
Series 111 mudflaps
Black side tubes,grill and vents
Timed climate remote
Hids4u interior lights
D4 Firenze my2012 HSE
D3 Java 2005 SE manual (sold, sadly, thanks for the memories)
1966 '88 Series 2a....still starts in the morning better than I do...

Cheers Euan
A car mad close mate of mine has a GTD - loves it, he reckons its better and more fun than the various BMW's he's had over the years
One of the reasons I chose a GTi (I went for the 'i' vs. 'D' as I just fancied petrol after over 13 years on a diesel)
