Given I used APlan before they started sponsoring our great site, I have continued using their Basingstoke office.
Today I renewed the policy on our Discovery (they also insure our BMW i3 and our house), I was very happy with the price, but more importantly, as always the service received was excellent.
My renewal was further complicated this year by the addition of another named driver and by the fact that I have just been forced to surrender my licence, so with a warning from Brian I was aware this could be a problem as it seems insurers are not always keen to issue policies to non driving policyholders, thankfully they could find someone and for no additional cost.
So whilst I remain very angry about the situation I find myself in over my licence and not helped by just spending £800 replacing the air compressor, at least my insurance hasn’t caused any issues, so thank you APlan!Andy
