Very interested in this, well done, and I really do take my hat of to you sir.
I notice it says supercharged and the Rev range is more suited for petrol, i assume that a diesel Display from the tdv8 would be the one to go for?

Good stuff. Out of interest what kind of kit are we talking about here for the programming. Being an IT consultant, I'm not afraid of a bit a coding but not done IC's before. Assume EPROM of some kind?
Also I notice from eBay that there a various shapes of Range Rover Digital dash. Prob jumping the gun of your video but let just suppose for a moment that I might be about to jump right in and buy , what should I look out for?
Top work with this and thanks for the inspiration.
Just glad my wife is not on this forum Dorian Woolger

Programmer and clip was £15 on eBay I paid 220 for the dash
Some Bloke in Russia wanted 200 Euros to recode the chip file and send me the file back to flash back to
The new
Dash so glad I gave it a go without paying anyone
has to be from a 2010-2012 the pics on eBay are deceiving but they are the same I think
Part number for dash is AH42-10849-ak. Don’t think the ak at the end makes much odds as that more to do with model and stuffDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Looking forward to the video and final fitting etc - please let us know how much to fit if possible "UNDERSTEER" ---is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" -is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" ------------is how far you take the fence with you.

Amazing effort there!!
Things I would like to know.
What functions does it support on the screen?
Does it require the head unit, (screen section) to operate or would that be removeable?
(Could always relocate that section).
Will it work with the SDV6 8spd box???? (Or is it for a 6 spd only)
Just working out if I am brave enough to give it a go or wether I am already about to spend enough money as it is.
