Ever since I upgraded to iOS12, each and every Forum I visit has required constant logging on- not only to start, but before and after each post. Is anyone else finding this?2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

Just another reason to never update.

Running ancient software leaves you open for exploits. There are and have been plenty of them in WebKit (the browser part of iOS) among other things.

I'm aware of the reasons the manufacturers try to frighten you into updating but I've got to say, I've had a number of Apple products and never updated any of them, and they've been fine.
I also cannot recall anybody ever complaining their Apple product has been hacked......... ever!
Nor have I read any reports where Apple products have been rendered useless due to not updating and then getting attacked by a virus.
I'm happy not updating, like I said, it works. Mods:
