Happy New Year all,
Just back from a day trip to Sydney yesterday.
I passed seven D3s on the trip (4 arctic frost, 2 silver, 1 Bonatti) I waved at all of them and flashed at the last two and got a single wave from the last one I flashed at
PS Pbob I have a spare Orange 'Disco3.co.uk' sticker if you want it. regards
Peter

I was recently up in southern NSW and could not believe the number of D3's I saw. Driving to the ACT I saw at least 5 going south some with camper trailers or carvans.
I was temporarily broken down with the stupid EPB jammed on along th Alpine Way and a D3 drove past without a second look. After waiting the obligatory time for the Park Brake light to go out then restarted and away I went. I caught up to the D3 after Thredo and followed him to Jindabyne - never even got a wave. The D3 was from Trivetts dealership.

As a defender driver I am used to waving and getting waved at by other defenders. Try the the same thing in the disco and most of the time you only get a dirty stare . F cking snobs

I've tried the wave a few times here in the US - most of the time I'm ignored (and my kids have a laugh) the one time I got a wave - it was with the middle finger 2007 LR3 HSE - Zermatt Silver

Just been to Sydney and saw a fiew D3s one waved back, and a nother one I am not sure if I was getting a rude wave or a frendly one as the trailer I was towing was taking up too much road, on the way back one passed me and I waved but could not see if there was a reply as it was going too fast.

If it was white, that could have been me!

Nothing like 3 points left on your license to slow you down...
BTW, there are now quite a few D3s in my area... I have trained them all to wave back at me. They were a bit coy at first, but have now become accustomed to waving.
Cheers,
Rob

Probably one of the "locals". Would have waved at any male. Did you think I would leave you crying,
When there's room in my D3 for 7,
Climb in here Joe we'll soon be flying,
I can go just as fast with 7.

Woops. Get her don't mind Me.
SWMBO laughed at the post. I got a fair wack of an inheritance, a few years ago, from the proceeds of sales of My late Aunties shop, in King St. to the boys that populate that area. I have not been back to check out what they did with it. Probably gone from My Aunt selling school uniforms to the boys selling leather uniforms (with no bum). Did you think I would leave you crying,

Moved into the area just over 12 months. The outlaws are still coming to terms with the "diverse population". Have to be careful where we take them as they do tend to point people out and age has taken the edge off their hearing, so they tend to compensate by talking very loudly. The kids both in their 20's refuse to go to restaurants with them, must say I'm not too keen either. Take the road less traveled.
