Looking around and about, the steering angle sensor now comes as a separate piece to the column (used to be sold together), but the ring you are interested in comes with the column, not the sensor!
Ouch

Is there a separate spare part number for the inner ring/sleeve?
Or do you have to buy a new column to get it?

We are not sure.
Hopefully somebody on here will have changed a steering sensor or steering inter shaft.

This might be a stupid comment but is it possible that you’ve glued it well out of alignment to its original position e.g. 90 degrees out of whack? This might mean that despite you calibrating it, it’s not happy with a value that out of kilter to a centred sensor? Just a thought.

I don't think so. When I turn the wheels they go in the same direction as the 4x4 info.
But I don't know that as a fact.
I am going to start again with gluing. If that doesn't work I am going to buy a Nissan patrol An honorable defeat is better than a dishonorable victory.” ― Millard Fillmore

Urhunden, where in Stockholm are you?
I've got one or two steering angle sensors and two pcs of steering columns, though for the D4, at home in Vällingby.
I do have the same, DCS kicking in from time to time when doing left hard turns. It came first after I got the 255/55R20 Wrangler Duratracs and one or two times with the 255/55R19 tires. Would be interesting to find out what is causing this.

Good luck you two, I hope you get it sorted.
I haven't had time to look at mine again. Door lock stopped working on one of the tool vans have been on that.

Update.
Finally success.
I cleaned out the first attempt. Which was using foam and glue and I guess there must have been the slightest of movement.
This time I used gripfill and the children's medicine syringe. I manged to get two full syringes inside. Left it overnight and recalibrated steering this morning.
I have been out for a 10 kilometre drive and all good.
As a bonus the old girl even fired up the FBH to show her appreciation
