I really did by myself a Disco3 for Christmas!

To be exact in the sale the day after Boxing Day!

Lovely HSE TDV6. Garaged, never off roaded ( I'll change that!) The lady who owned it new ticked every option box and then lost half its value at the 18 month trade in for a RRS. Mad.

Very sad to see my Defender 90 Tomb Raider being driven away after 6 years of TROUBLE FREE ownership..........sad but with a 10 month old and a pregnant wife I had to give in.

You will all be laughing your nackers off to know that the first time I got in the D3 after delivery the EPB warning light came on! Then "DVD map read error" on the satnav.
Rolling Eyes Big Cry

All sorted but does that mean that I've been "blooded" into D3 ownerhip now?

Congratulations on a great forum . I went to the dealer armed to the teeth with info thanks to you all.

Welcome. Good to see more reddies. At this rate there will be more reds than black & silver combined

in the year 3046.
Did you think I would leave you crying,
When there's room in my D3 for 7,
Climb in here Joe we'll soon be flying,
I can go just as fast with 7.

2005 TDV6 S with Terrain Response (& all that entails), Tasmods (gorn). 2008 TDV6 HSE (gone). A Dark Side umbrella (here) & car (here).

Then there would be 3 red Discovery 3's in the state! We'll get there yet.
If you need any info on Melbourne or Australia in general there are plenty here that can help & sing the praises.

P.S. Not all of our snakes & spiders are poison & it's been weeks since anybody was attacked by a koala or platypuss.
