The Traxide dual battery system is the most respected in Australia for land Rover.If you have any doubts about its operation or reliability get in touch with the designer/manufacturer Tim who is Drivesafe on the Aulro forum https://www.aulro.com/afvb/ I am sure he will be more than willing to assist.

He does not have a diesel - he has a 4.0 V6 Petrol.

That is why he has listed petrol engined alternators.

The OP should go to AULRO.com in Australia and ask his question.

Most 4wds sold in Australia are diesels and will continue to be so for a long time to come as we do not have the hysteria about diesel that the UK and Europe seem to have.
