Amp for disco 3 XS

Hi. I am trying to determine where i have a radio fault or the wrong amp fitted in disco.
The issues i have are as follows.
1 when i answer the phone, the caller can hear me but i cannot hear them.
2 when i activate the voice recognition system it displays the commands i ask for but there is no audio response.
3 when playing the radio, or Cd's, when i adjust the fade control from the middle to the front only there is no sound.
When the fade is returned to the mid position you get sound from all the speakers so i know the speakers are not the problem.
i need to find out what amp type goes with what head unit. first time owner of a disco 3.
working my way through some issues with it.

I had the same as 1 and 2 and yes I did put the wrong AMP in, I had put a XQK500105 in there and it should have been a XQK500095.
I think the 105 has 12 channels and the audio was coming out of a channel that did not have a speaker connected.

Amp for disco 3 XS

Can anyone tell me what amp I SHOULD have fitted in my disco 3 XS?
i currently have a XQK500103 fitted and as i have said before neither the phone or the voice control systems can be heard through the speakers.
Is there a way i can find out what should be fitted? first time owner of a disco 3.
working my way through some issues with it.
