Withdrawals

5 weeks ago I had a small bump in my D4 - I did post a clip of the dash cam footage to an owners Facebook group but got nothing but abuse - that it was my fault, and my claim would be invalid even though it showed no location, road signs, distinguishing features or car details.

Anyway 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for my D4 to be returned, and every other car I see is a D3 / D4 and I am now really starting to get withdrawals. Is this normal! 2010 Disco 4 HSE

I’ve still been buying bits, slowly filling the garage with jobs to get done. Luckily tomorrow is the collection date and then we have a nice bank holiday - so it will be good to get away!

Fuel wise, I haven’t noticed much - I have an Outlander 2.0 Petrol Auto with a CVT and I’m only getting 30mpg, but it’s so gutless. I used to have the PHEV Outlander and it’s reminded me why I got rid. 2010 Disco 4 HSE

Well, car has just been delivered back to me - knew it wouldn’t be as good as I wanted.

Still has a scrape mark on the headlight - it’s annoying as this unit was only a year old so was unmarked, also I now seem to have a big gap on the fog light that I don’t remember having before.
