I knew I was in for a battle as I had tried a few times before ,but failed.
I used patches to help with the nicotine craving whilst I found something else, anything else, to refocus my mind whenever I felt the need to go through the ritual . Guess you know what that is all to well. Open pouch, get papers ready etc etc.Belts, oil pump casing and water pump by Flack
