Did you find out what is wrong?
I have the same with a lot of oil consumption and oil gathering in the intercooler tube.
Have a renovated engine from Oval.
Have got a new secondary turbo, but no difference.
They have offered to take the engine back, but I have to take all costs lifting body and freight costs from Sweden.
First I would like to know if it can be fixed without replacing the engine.
Get no faultcodes!
No smoke from exhaust! Discovery 4, MY2011, TDV6 Auto

Sorry - only just got this reply. I did sort the problem by replacing the throttle body. I can only think that the problem was with the motor on the throttle itself. A real pain, but changing the whole unit seemed to do the trick. The oil that was collecting was a false lead.

But how did you solve the oil collecting in the intercooler tube?
