I have a large number in rectangular troughs in my garden.
The biggest issue is over-watering. Provide moderate amounts of water in the hot, dry season.
Let the soil dry out completely before you irrigate again.
Water the potting mix and not the rosette because it can, and will, easily rot.
Bring the plant indoors, or into a greehouse over winter.

Cant see the original image but the Sempervivum in that offer are not the same thing as Echeveria.
Two different genus, but same family. Semps/Houseleeks are from from North Africa and the middle east and Echeveria from northern end of south America and central America. Houseleeks tend to be the more hardy, most Echeveria dont like cold and wet.==================================
