So you're part of the elite then? The country is run by white, heterosexual males and the elite's religion of choice is Christianity. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

If I was in a group of people, such as an audience in a theatre or passengers on train, I wouldn’t be offended to be addressed collectively as “everyone” or “all passengers” etc.
I actually doubt I’d register that “Ladies and Gentlemen” hadn’t been used. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

The difference between a customer and a passenger is that a customer is a patron; one who purchases or receives a product or service from a business or merchant, or intends to do so while a passenger is one who rides or travels in a vehicle, but who does not operate it and is not a member of the crew.
Quote:I knew train privatisation had gone wrong when they started referring to us as “customers” rather than passengers. One sign even used the term “guests”. What next? “Friends”? “Mates”? How about the announcers, in a new spirit of frankness, simply call us “mugs”?
“Would all mugs be aware this train will split at Ashford. Those suckers for Dover go in the first four carriages, victims heading to Ramsgate go to the back four.”

Homosexuals & Lesbians split with Transsexuals ! What next !
Quote:Europe’s biggest LGBT rights organisation has split after being accused of promoting a "trans agenda" at the expense of gay and lesbian rights.
Stonewall is known for campaigning for the equality of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people across Britain. The charity’s mission statement says that it aims “to create inclusive and accepting cultures”.
However, following a meeting on Tuesday night - and amid an ongoing row about trans inclusion - the charity has divided and forged a splinter group.
Announcing themselves as the LGB Alliance, the group, formed of “influential lesbians, gay men and bisexuals” met in central London last night and forged the new organisation in a bid to “counteract the confusion between sex and gender which is now widespread in the public sector and elsewhere”.

My daughter studied Anthropology at Exeter. She told me about the Native American Indians take on gender, which actually makes perfect sense in the real world. For example:
In the case of the Navajo, there are four genders: man, woman, masculine female-bodied nádleeh, and feminine male-bodied nádleeh. Intercourse between two people of different genders, regardless of biological sex, was not stigmatised.
Natives of Tahiti and Hawaii also recognise a third gender. No doubt other ancient tribes do as well.
So it’s not such a recent issue at all. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
