Being a bus driver, I have seen my fare share of weird and wonderful things but I’ve never had a horse on board.

Hay! The mane thing is it wasn't reigning. It is, I believe, in a stable condition, though it may be depressed - it has a long face. It couldn't pay for the ticket but did leave a deposit by the driver.

O/T, I rounded-up two whippets at 04:20 today as they trotted in tandem along a country road. My wife scanned the chips and their names came up on the database as "Dave" and "Steve". That's how I knew they weren't Pelyma's! Laughing Rolling with laughter They are back with their owner, thanks to Sussex Police's rural crime team and the local dog warden (who was my Scout Leader in the '80s!). They were lucky not to get run over or, worse, be picked up by dog-baiters/hare coursers.
