Live power socket-?

Got a ctek mxs 7 on the way (5yr g'tee opposed to 2yr) with a power socket lead so I can connect through that rather than a direct connection to the battery.
To do that I need a power socket that is constantly live.
Without going out and rigging something up to test, can anyone advise where a live power socket is on a MY14 D4?
Thanks in anticipation. Thumbs Up

Have you Tow electrics fitted? If so I believe you can use an adapter from the shop on here..

Yes I do have, but looking for a simpler connection.
[don't want to faff around taking the cover off and on].

Thumbs Up

I used the quick connector so I can just plug it in under the bonnet and can close it with the cable coming through a gap in the rubber seal. I can then lock the car, keeping the car and ctek charger secure.

Wasn't convinced the cable would withstand being shut in the door? The bonnet gap is bigger and the cable is free to slide so not pinched. Thumbs Up

U looking for a perm live ciggie socket to plug the CTek into? Can be done with a simple 2” long cable effectively replacing the relay as if the ignition was on. Thumbs Up
