fuel capacity
Have a D4 V6 Auto MY2011.
I understand that the tank holds 86 litres.
When I according to the trip meter have done 428,5 kms the yellow empty tank symbol starts to shine.
I refuelled and and the tank was full with 56.02 litres.
I am using Road trip to check what is going on. I usually fill with 45 - 60 litres to get the tank full.
It is disturbing not knowing when the tank is empty. Now it gets so tight between the refuel stops. Zero on the meter is not zero in the tank!
Furthermore the average fuel consumption according to the display in the car is around 11 litres per 100 kms, but the more accurate Road Trip shows from 12,5 litres to 14,5 litres per 100kms.
I need advice how to change the metering in the car to be more accurate.
Please tell me what to do.

Everything is very confusing.
Still I cannot understand that when the yellow light starts to show it is 30 litres left in the tank.
Safety first???
