My youngest son is booked for New York with his gf in 2 weeks. No chance of it happening now.
No2 son planning to tour Spain and Portugal in his camper in June! That’s doubtful but you never know.

Close shave for my family who flew into Heathrow from Jordan this afternoon, it’s just been announced that all flights in and out of Jordan are cancelled from Tuesday.

Currently sat in the lounge in Haneda just about to leave Japan to come home. It’s all very calm out here. Hopefully we’ll be allowed back in to Blighty
Due to fly to Majorca on the 29th March with the family. Can’t worry about it so will wait and see what happens. In laws are out there now and hotel has been quarantined and local restaurants have been closed. They are 90 and 85 years old and totally un phased. That’s Aus bringing in similar restrictions to NZ now, self isolation for 14 days for all arrivals.
PS That’s from 9 hours time if one reporter was correct. That’s going to be a bit of a shock for a lot of peeps in the air at the mo on long haul routes.
PPS They are also refusing to allow entry for cruise ships from foreign ports. That’s going to be interesting considering how many cruise ships are heading this way. Incl quite a few coming from NZ.

24 of us are due to head off to Turkey for a lads golfing holiday in 6 weeks, that looks to be one of the least affected areas at the moment but things are changing so quickly who knows.
To be honest even if we are allowed to travel I can’t see many being up for it even if we do lose our money.
3 other days out include The Derby, Royal Ascot and 3 days at Trent Bridge for a test match, all paid for which all must be doubtful at the moment
They’ll all be there next year and as long as we’re fit and well that’s all that matters Discovery 4 HSE

We are supposed to off to mexico next sunday.
SteveYou remind me of a younger me, not much younger mind...perhaps even a little older!
If you do find anywhere safe to go it could all change while your there. don't think we'll bother looking atm. But also wondering how many airlines will survive this.
Also was wondering if it's worth getting the tintent out of storage as we are both over 70 and will be asked to self isolate for up to 4 months.
