I have used these for a while now for our dog walking business... They work really well (but the local signal where you are might vary!)

No mention of it on the website at all. Can add one to cart and get to checkout with no mention.

We’ve had two, and they worked ok, but both got lost in the woods as the attachment just isn’t good enough for an active dog. The second one got lost within 10 minutes of its first use.
The signal wasn’t good enough to find them, even with a metal detector and magnet.

I guess you had the earlier version with the plastic '[' shaped Clips?
Yip - I have lost a few too.

I found it by switching on the Light and the Audio Buzzer via the App... Did you try that or were they just too deep in the undergrowth?

We had that one and the new one which is the one that vanished straight away.
Neither would connect in order to turn the light or buzzer on, even though they (well the first one) had worked fine all through the woods many times before.
I spent hours searching the last recorded location, but no luck.

I don’t have that bar on top of the page. Very odd.
