So .... with such stunningly poor defence/explanaition of 5G (from The Sun), it's no wonder people will believe the conspiracy theorists on it.

That's more than a thousand times higher than the maximum microwave – and 100,000 higher than 5G
Dangerous radiation, like UV rays, X-rays and gamma rays are also far higher up the spectrum still
Online conspiracy theorists are claiming that 5G can cause harm
Early theories suggested 5G could lead to cancer – and now crackpots have linked it to coronavirus too
But it's simply impossible for 5G to cause any of these problems
Radiation damages cells by breaking them apart, but 5G microwaves simply lack the power to do this
5G is a low-frequency radiation, far below infrared and visible light
In fact, it's essential that 5G is low-frequency, because higher frequencies are less useful at delivering mobile signals over large areas
We know that this level of radiation is safe, because otherwise the visible light from our televisions would have killed us a long time ago

The conspiracy theorists are more likely to come to harm from the low frequency vibrations from their washing machines. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Back in the good old days, folk with these kind of eccentricities would have been labelled as soothsayer, seer, or witch.
Either way, they would have been carefully logged and subsequently given a bloody good ignoring at several arms lengths. Or burnt.
Social media has a lot to answer for  I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

As the bloke with the catcher's mitt for our current programme, I hate Fridays. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Completely understand - I often dread Fridays for exactly that reason, but strangly look forward to Mondays as I then have five days ahead into which various jobs can be postponed! Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE
