That was the problem I had on a modified Saab. We fitted larger AP Racing discs and callipers. After about 1k miles they’d start to judder. It was traced to the n/s hub.
With that in mind, I insisted LR replaced both front hubs on the D4, after the 3rd change of front discs. Sadly it don’t solve the problem and I ended up rejecting the D4. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

D3Savage thanks for the suggestion but they have already been changed along with lower bushes and the issue still persists Tintenter

I’ve got the opposite problem, never had a judder before I fitted new discs and pads about 2 months ago now I have a judder at certain times and speeds when braking, light braking and heavy braking no judder, medium braking judder, just hoping it will go away without doing any harm as the discs are worn in if not new discs again. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Yes, pad material affixed to the disk is a cause for this situation.
There are a number of ways of minimizing these effects… Related, I like LRTime’s comments about arm chair mechanics proposing solutions they sourced from youtube, lol. 2015 LR4 HSE Lux Aintree Green
