Norway 2012 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Auto Ipanema SandDiscovery 4
Fault code B1B02-28(2F)

Can anybody tell me what this fault code means?
B1B02-28(2F) Low frequency coil-General Signal failure-Signal bias level is out of range/zero adjustment failure.

Hello,

I’m also interested since my D3 shows the same error message.
 D3 TDV6 for holidays use,
RR L322 3.6 TDV8 daily car,

D3 TDV6 (rebuilt engine - for sale),
RR P38 for sale,

I think it relates to the ignition switch circuit. Have you disconnected the battery recently as this can give that error code if the vehicle was not asleep at the time. Could try the battery reset. Disconnect both battery terminal and short them together for a few seconds and then reconnect and see if the code returns.

Hi Globetrotter,

I might have disconnected the battery in the past year or so.
I tried to erase the error message with my Hawkeye. But it come back immediately.

I will do as PeteK suggests : leave it the way it is since it has no impact.
