I'm starting to get to grips with the car and the instruction manual(s)...but I can't seem to find anything that describes how I can get a route as a text list. I had this on my previous car whereby once a route was programmed, you could choose to scroll down the route to read off the roads, junctions etc.
(reason I ask is because I have entered the route we take to Spain and it comes up with 3 hours/300km more and a funny looking line on the map when compared to the previous SatNav. Looks like it is sending me via Paris).
The instruction manual under "Route Preview" doesn't seem clear to me...
Does this Sat Nav have a listing function...?

I don't know about the text list function but the preview is quite 8)
You can basically virtually fly over your route (in accelerated time obviously).

yes it does, you should see TURN LIST appear at the top of the screen when you sleect one of the route preview options. (Sorry, not in car at the moment...) You can then select to divert away from any of the points AFAIR. Bodsys Brake Bible

I'm not surprised that your satnav is wanting to go to Paris. Don't be too shocked if it pulls in Dijon and Nice on the way too.
Its not as good as the car it sits in IMHO  What if the "Hokey Cokey" really is what it's all about?
