Hi, previous owner of my 2005 SE Tdv6 Disco fitted a D4 steering wheel conversion.
Everything on the wheel seems to work OK, flappy paddle manual shift controls, cruise control and radio/CD next station and volume up and down.. all good.
The wheel also has buttons for phone control.. I assume these wont work without some form of additional blue tooth interface or similar ? So I then started to read about D4 Bluetooth modules, but the thread has 75 pages of details.
Can someone give me a simplified summary of the situation and what's needed so I can decide weather to proceed or not... I'll then maybe be able to trawl through all the threads.
Thanks

Look at the last page of thread
It cover it quite well.
Buy large rectangular D4 module. Not the curvy one.
Plug into optical circuit. You will need a splitter.
Apply power using a computer type header connector
