De-blinged the front end.
Not a fan of chrome on the exterior, a bit too bling for me.
So as well as the earlier black-pack treatment and then ditching the painted wheel arches with black plastic ones, then later replacing the "Discovery" bonnet lettering with "Land Rover" .......... this week I took off the silver fog light rings and painted them black, then replaced the black grill with its silver surround for an all black grill.
I'm now eventually getting it back to the iconic D3 look.

Thanks all for the positive comments ...... still awaiting the negative ones.
To answer a few questions.
Plastic wheel arches - they'll be plenty about from forum members who've gone the other way, just needs a "wanted" advert and some will turn up.
Silver sump plate- yes it's an RLD, I simply cut & shaped the original deflectors/spats to fit.
For now will be keeping it silver, as there are still a few silvery bits on the D4 that I'll be keeping - wheel nuts/cap rims and of course the silver effect of the lights / mirror repeaters.
And finally, NO it's not available for a swap Rog.
