Touch Plus Gen 2.1 - worth the upgrade cost? |
|
I have a 2013 D4 with the square button style touch screen and wondered if anyone had upgraded to the Touch Plus 2.1 Gen software and if so what are the upgrades it offers? The Sat nav in the original version is shocking, so was interested to know if the new version is any better and also what other "goodies" are added for £169 cost? Like Airplay?
This is the LR link but distinctly lacking in info apart from updated maps.

Ah, ok, so that answers my question. I was hoping for a nice new interface/operating system along with new maps....so that not being the case, I will stick to Waze!
thank you for that.

Anyone been in contact with satnavishop lately? I've tried emailing them and sending a message from their website but no response. Don't feel like placing an order unless they respond as I will need the activation code via email. Any suggestions?
