15 things you possibly didn't know about your D3.
Well, before watching I thought I'd know them all
...... turns out I only knew about half of them.
WARNING: You'll need the time and patience to watch this ...... as can be seen by the comments below.
...... always on the road less travelled đ§

# 3, 10 and 15 for me (#10 looks really useful given how much towing we do)
Also disagree with him over #11 - I find I need to use a broad bladed screwdriver to remove the vertical slider, but can see that he managed it.
Have to say his other half is a good egg and very smileyCurrently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

The phrase "long suffering" came to my mind. SWMBO would have belted me before we'd done half of that! Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they were always going to have to do from the very beginning: SIT DOWN AND TALK!"

I managed 2.30mins.... annoying video... most people who make videoâs or radio, or.... tend to love their own voice so much, that the subject, often snowâs under.... this is one of them... to much distraction while on the road maybe....
I will have another try if i get really Curious... promise..
Note:
The 4xOverland guy on Youtube is one i can watch although.. Best regards
Harold

1. To disable interior lights / hold centre button on front over head light for 10 x seconds
2. To open upper boot hatch from drivers seats / hold the dashboard lock/unlock buttons together
3. If lower tailgate button doesnât work, reach down inside and push back latches either side of the tailgate , might need to use a screwdriver
4. If sunroof gets stuck, hold the open/ close buttons together for 10 x seconds which resets it
5. To remove key without handbrake automatically being applied / press down EPB down then remove key
6. Credit card holder/ inside centre console glove box
7. Headlight washers work when , headlights turned on , every 5th time u operate ur windscreen washers and are delayed to work every 10 x minutes
8. Can program keyfob to open tailgate / lower suspension
9. To raise / lower discovery with engine off, turn hazard lights on / to lower , press unlock and 3rd remote button together / to raise , press lock and 3rd remote button together
10. Hold hazard button in for panic alarm
11. HDC , normally used going forward but will also work in reverse , speed controlled in both situations via steering wheel cruise control buttons
12. Cruise control / adjust speed via steering wheel control buttons
13. Car park ticket holder on windscreen down by dashboard
Canât remember what the others weâre
Iâll get my coat
