I just wondered what the general feedback is on Emac, the people that provide the Landrover service plan.
I've been trying to get hold of a copy of the plan from Emac & it's proving a challenge. multiple requests for either an emailed copy or hard copy have yielded no result.
I've successfully managed to have the ownership details changed into my name as they recognise the details when i call in but getting a copy is a nightmare. I presume I will need to know this detail when book the car in for a service to ensure one of the vouchers is utilised.
Ironically, the only thing they have managed to send me is a customer feedback email!
Any thoughts?

A few weeks on & I'm still none the wiser. eMac seem very vague when it come to sharing what the plan covers.
I want to be clear before approaching the dealer to book the car in for a service (which isn't due yet) what should be included & what won't bet.
So my next service in July 2021 will be a 96,000k/ 72month service.
Looking at the checklist, what should I expect to be included & what would be excluded?
Obviously anything they find for example as part of their "free healthcheck" would be additional cost.
Hopefully those that have experienced using this service plan can share their insights.
SWMBO is of the opinion we have a service plan & therefore won't need to put our hands in our pocket. But this is a Landrover we are talking about!

They were but were changed to 5yrs unlimited mileage a while ago. Emac did confirm this and that it included vehicles on an existing 50k plan.

Has anybody got a reference to this in writing. I paid for a four year service as I was just over 50k miles. The final service would be due in December, I’m planning on moving over to an Indy but would talk to the main dealer about the service if I had some ‘official’ letter or reference.Disco 4

Emac said there was a communication to all customers from LR at the time of the change. I've requested a copy as they said they should have it on file.
If it turns up I'll share it

Hi,
I have a photo of the original letter and details to the first owner for our (ex-our) RRS it was a 2016 if that would help
it states
"the plan follows the maintenance schedule"
and has an overview of tasks, that include for the 5year/60 month service the locking diff oil and transfer box oil (both where fitted)
the small print also mentions "includes an annual service for five years" it did not have a mileage limitation on the paperwork but my photo only shows wording as far as "within mileage limi" (original paperwork went with the car) so it may not help on the mileage front
This is were it gets fun. The car has had the services but only 3 have been claimed by the dealer for some reason

A photo would be great as I am the second owner and the plan came with the car.Disco 4

I wish you luck,
Heres the photo I took of our (ex) car details, thought it was going to be difficult to copy/upload as on another device (long story) but seems I have done it already, it was in my gallery

Thanks Nick and Riverblanche 😀
Just spoke to a very helpful lady at eMac and the mileage limit on Land Rovers has been scrapped.
I have ‘lost’ the money for the fourth service on 23 December last year, she could see the dealership called them and was told that the car was over on miles (54k).
She could not track down an actual date that the limit was scrapped and asked on her group chat as she was working from home but got nothing back whilst I spoke to her.
I am however allowed a fifth year service under the plan before the end of March (up to 3 months after the plan ends is the grace period). The plan was taken out when the car was new January 2016. So looking like the D4 will get one more trip to a main dealer before moving to an Indy.
She commended that I might get a service now and one in March out of the plan to make the 5 services, I will not do that though in case it backfires on me.Disco 4
