Discovery 4 HSE TV Module |
|
Hi,
Im hoping this has been covered in other posts and is an easy awnser, I have a 2012 HSE it has RSE from factory however no TV, I want to add the TV module and am wondering if it is plug and play or if there is more to add like looms and so on?
I have scoured the forum to see If there is any info that covers the same spec as mine but can’t seem to find anything.
The fact that I have the RSE already fitted I’m hoping that I’m half way there. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Terry

Plug and play (ish) - you should have the power connections ready to plug in but would have thought you'd need to sort out the aerials connections. Once connected power you'd need an extra fibre optic MOST loop to connect the TV module to the system and update CCF settings .... could be more things that I have forgotten ...
Here is a link to a cheap TV module off a 2016 landmark (I had most of the other AV kit from these guys )

That’s good news....I think
Is there a guide to this as I’m a very methodical person (guessing it’s how my brain works ) and find it easier than me trying to thumble around a wiring diagram.
Thanks for your help
