Sat nav integration kit

Dont know if any body has spotted this on ebay , but there's an interface unit you can plug in 2 aux sources into the sat nav screen and get touch screen icons aswell.

The good part is that he has a list of units that can be controlled direct from the touch screen.

List of Aux sources that can be controlled directy ...

Alpine digital tuner TUE-T150DV
Alpine 6 disc DVD changer DHA-S690
CKO-3/4 DVD
CKO Digital tuner DVB-T1080
CKO 10 Disc DVD changer DVC-10
Alpine Ipod kit coming when released later this month

Also does picture in motion... Very Happy

Bad part ..its £499 Sad ... however this is cheaper than the nav tec option.

Ebay link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...amp;ih=021

Too much for me ..but it looks quite cool

It seems to be the CT90-LR03 interface by Connects2

http://www.connects2.com

I can't find an installation/instruction manual on their site though!

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has tried this too - as it seems to give an extra input compared to the NavTec ...

It is being modeled by a person that is afflicted with having extremely small hands.
 Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:
"What is the first rule when overlanding?"

I would Reply:
"Duratrac"

looks cool - I would be VERY interested in a touch screen iPod controller. That would be a real find!

very interesting. I wonder ie the ipod interface is the alpine kce-425i as that looks pretty good and is very smart with album art etc. Now if that is touch screen control which it is via alpine screen which is implied at the advert then i want one. Also wonder if landrover have this up their sleeve as someone said elsewhere said current one is discontinued. Sorry for bad post done via mobile phone.

I'm looking for someone who is afflicted with small Hands, they look like they're holding a PINT POT when really holding a Half PINT POT. Rolling with laughter
