I really can't be bothered reading that whole list but skimming it, there aren't really any parts anyone should object to PROVIDED you don't dwell on the wording and take on the sentiment. It's purely someone trying to put common sense/courtesy in to words ... which makes it all sound ridiculous.
If you're applying common sense/courtesy to your interaction with folks, your brain applies almost all that list in a nanosecond... if you have to stop and analyse that list you're never going to say/do anything. .

It was a DNA test by one of the big online genealogy sites. Reassuringly, they matched the results of a test of my father. 42% Celt; 42% Scandinavian; 16 % southern Mediterranean.
There's probably some technicality why its not truly representative. When 'English' started to be an ethnicity is open for debate. The Angles?
Interesting result. Difficult to define "English" as there are a load of bits that have notable differences to other bits. West Yorkshire is apparently notably different to most other English DNA, for example.
As for when English became an ethnicity, perhaps when England was formed as a single kingdom under Æthelstan in the 900s, although England comes from the Old English for "land of the Angles". Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

why cant we just treat everyone the same regardless of anything, unless they are complete  in which case treat them with the contempt they deserve 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten
