I have my 107k 2015 d4 booked in for new belts in December. Is it cost-effective to do manifolds at same time, or better to just wait..?

I'm sure I've heard that they were improved from 2014 onwards but don't take my word for it.
My 2014 D4 commercial is on 129K no problem so far but will probably split next week just to prove me wrong!

Just had my RH crack in the usual place. Bit of an experiment:
Plastic welded up the crack
Reinforced the area with carbon fibre + epoxy. Let's see if it holds up.

It is a bad design, corner is too sharp, not allowing the thing to breath a bit under pressure. Same problems on steam loco boilers 100+ years ago, fixed using bigger radii.
