Just seen the 2010 and 11 had a BT voice module but don’t see a MOST connection on it.
And if I remember correctly, if you have an IID tool, there should be DTCs indicating where your fault is as the box before the fault should report.
the bluetooth module doesn't show up at all using the IID tool, hence the suspicion. Electrics really aren't my thing, but fortunately, Flack lives just down the road from me
Are you getting any DTCs? I’m pretty sure that the box before any fault reports back but not necessarily a BT module fault. Also have you tried removing the out put fibre optic from the BT connector, fitting the connector with just the input FO to the BT module and powering up? If there’s no red light emitting from the output connection you know you have a BT fault. This is how I identified my MOST fault on the RSE.
