What age is your car? Certainly the facelift HSE Luxury models had the 17-speaker surround sound system which includes the rear pillar speakers. One of the reasons that I went for a Landmark over the HSE was for the higher spec system. I’d tried the “standard” HSE set-up and thought it was poor after the H+K system in my MY2010 HSE. IMO the Meridian surround-sound system is very good.

The Meridian system in my 16 D4 Landmark is far far better than the HK system in my 05 D3 HSE. Then again the D3 system is 15+ years old and also 11 years older than the D4’s. I never thought the D3’s HK system was any good, even when new. Perhaps it was never right to begin with.16 D4 Landmark
