Can I enable Timed Heating via IID?

This is maybe a question for the chaps at GAP.


I have a 2008 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE ( happy to supply the VIN) and it is fitted with the FBH which works well.

Can I enable the timed heating function so I can preset it via the screen?

I've had a look through the CCF list and it doesn't pop out at me so far.... 1998 Defender 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF

2016 Discovery 4 HSE

1982 Series 3 2.25 Petrol Hard top- Oscar, as featured in Classic Land Rover Magazine for 7 months

Not on a D3 thats only the D4, you need to fit a FBH controller.

Sadly, according to the info on their website it cannot be done on D3/Range Rover Sport up to 2009. (edit Flack has just beat me to the punch!) Big Cry

I've been considering this since I found out about this mod (quite recently).

When I follow the BAS link it seems to suggest this will fit a D3 and I have found additional resources which also suggest this can work.

This thread suggests otherwise, what am I missing? LR3 MY05 TDV6 2.7 HSE - 130k
Audi S3 Black Edition Quattro (2020) - 11k
ZZR1400 (2010) - 55k

Apparently when D3 was released (first or first two years), there was option to set timer on head unit. Later on it was removed by LR, but they carried on manufacturing D3. Why? God knows.

Yes.

The full sized RR had it
The display is basically the same between D3 and Fs RR, you cut a yellow wire inside to get RR mode.
I think you need to adjust the CCF file somehow to enable timer

All that assumes they left the controlling sw present
