bloody hell .. I spent more on sticky tape, cardboard and mdf than that one you've found costs
I've read your thread, and bought the $20 stairs. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Looks way too complicated for a clumsy big dog. Mine would definitely get a leg caught between those steps.
A friend of mine has one of them (she paid a hell of a lot more though) and it is perfectly serviceable for the clumsiest biggest dog I've ever met, a 90kg "sloberasaurus" (St Bernard is their more common name I believe)
Her smaller dogs eye it with a bit of suspicion as I think they can look through the gaps in the steps but the St just mooches on up unable to look past the lolling tongue, strings of drool and excessive jowl flapping in the breeze to see the gaps05 D3 V8 HSE, LR Passion tree bars, wildbear compressor guard, LRP switch panel, ARB rear locker + compressor, Trigger 6 shooter electrical system

Well paypal have agreed to a refund provided I send the worthless gerbil harness back to Shanghai using a tracked service, at my cost.
And despite it being a tracked service, the seller has to confirm they have received it and it's the right goods (but they sent the wrong ones - deliberately it would seem)
So another £11 to send it back.
Pretty much the outcome I expected before I even hit "buy" given the product/price and bordering on worth it for:
1) The laugh
2) Finding the Paypal Returns Refunds service (refunds your return costs) after hours of digging through similar tales of scams involving deliberately sending the wrong goods (https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns if you're interested)
3) Teaching me that even though I expected it to go wrong, Paypal could make it wronger so I shall be closing my account once I've wrung whatever I can out of them.
For anyone interested, the genuine articles (with the same pictures etc) are sold by PetLoader, a US company, and cost from $220 upwards

I tend to use PayPal for items under £100 ... otherwise credit card for protection..

And the unsurprising conclusion of this order is...... (drum roll please)
A dispute raised with PayPal!
Here's the "Pet Steps" I received today. Basically a harness for a ferret or malnourished chihuahua
And unsurprisingly the seller website is now down.
Bl dy expensive, made of aluminium & surfaced with fine grit so it's non-slip.
I have had it for, I guess, at least 12 years, probably more and it's still as good as new.
