I have a 2012 XS with DAB. I can only find a handful of stations I heard I need to upgrade to dab+ by changing the dab module to a later 2013? Has anyone done it? I see the power connector is different but apart from that is it plug and play?
Cheers
Nick.

I successfully did it as recommended on the Facebook page. I brought a dab module from a 2013-2016 model. Changed the power plug to the newer green plug and rear was plug and play and now have all the dab stations I want. Total cost was £40including postage.

I've just done exactly the same, but now have no working DAB, plus or not! Did you have to code the unit to the car?

No coding required. As above, just changed the power plug to the newer type and all up and running. I did an auto retune just to clear old station and pick up the ones I wanted.

Is yours a facelift model? I’m trying to figure out differences which might explain why my setup isn’t working…

Jumping on this topic would you know the L R part number?

No mine is a 2012 model, but I did read on here that there is a big difference between the 2009/2010 earlier models and the 2012+ models for getting the DAB+ upgrade to work

I think it's something like CPLA-14F720-BN. I remember the last 2 letters do change depending how new it is. The higher the last letter the newer and it is. You want one with the Jaguar land Rover logos on not the older FoMoCo badge on.
