Great find - thanks for posting.
There is one on its way to me now.... hopefully they fit a Disco 4. I’ve bought a connector plug from the forum shop too.

I’d already made a hole to fit a larger RDX switch last week so it just went straight in. But as it comes with the cover plate, you can just hold it to the panel, draw round the hole and cut. The first 1/2 is just foam the plastic behind is quite tough but drill through then square off with a Stanley.2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

cool so the cover plate is dead flush into the foam, that makes it easier05 D3 V8 HSE, LR Passion tree bars, wildbear compressor guard, LRP switch panel, ARB rear locker + compressor, Trigger 6 shooter electrical system

Mine has only just turned up today... problems with the local post sorting office it seems. Could I ask someone to let me know how to fit this on a D4 please? Does the plastic part that needs to be drilled come off or is it fixed/has to be drilled in place?
Thanks!

Hi mjom89
Check if the front plate fits the space first, never tried them on a D4, however if it fits, and your fitting in the same place (red square in pic) then yes, it needs to be cut in place, but remove the Center console edge first (red circle in pic) that should allow you to get behind the panel your cutting to check for obstructions / wiring in the way
Hole only needs to be big enough for the switch. If you put the mounting plate up to the panel and draw round inside the hole. Mounting plate then screws over the hole, then grey cover plate hides the shoddy workmanship 2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

Wonder if it could be adapted to fit one of these for D4?

Thanks both - I will have a proper look tonight. It seems as if the cover plate may need to be adapted to fit a D4 but time will tell. I would like it in the correct location ideally, even if it means adapting the cover plate a little.
