Bluetooth retrofit ?

My Disco 4 S, 2013 MY, has all the knobs for hands free on the steering wheel and an active microphone for voice control. Is it possible to retrofit a BT unit without major rework ?
I am sometimes using a cheap BT module on the aux connector, this works but ist difficult
in handling and not really comfortable.
Any ideas ?
