[Sold] 2016 Discovery 4 Graphite - Price Reduced.
2016 Land Rover Discovery 4 Graphite.
I am somewhat regrettably selling my Graphite D4. It’s been the most versatile and useful car our family has ever owned. However a pending house move, a growing family and a change of needs, means it’s reluctantly for sale.
The vehicle is in very good condition and drives great, it has 31K miles and has had 2 owners from new. It has a full LR service history having been maintained by Chipperfields Kings Langley and now Sturgess at Leicester.
It still has one service left on the original 5 year plan that came with the car and this goes with the vehicle.
As above, I am the 2nd owner, the first being a very good friend of mine. This vehicle has been meticulously looked after and has had everything it needs and a few extras to boot.
In my ownership I have fitted a tow bar and electrics and had the reverse sensor coding done also. As it happens I ended up towing my own 5ft trailer once to storage, its never done anything more strenuous.
I changed the brake pads all round with EBC items from Bearmach just before xmas. This has proved a great upgrade and the car stops well.
I have fitted seat protectors to the back of the front seats to stop little feet in the rear from leaving marks. It also has a full set of rear seat covers. In fact im pretty sure the back seats have never been sat on directly!
It has a full set of LR rubber mats in the front, rear and boot.
An Uncle Rays spare wheel protector.
Diesel heater with remote fob, which is excellent for the colder mornings.
Tracker fitted by ‘tracker’ themselves. No issues to swap to new owner.
Front and rear dash cameras hardwired.
The battery was replaced under warranty a couple of years ago.
I replaced all 4 tyres last year with Pirelli Scorpion AT’s. The previous owner had the car professionally detailed and coated to protect it from dirt and grime. It is a dream to clean and requires minimal effort with snow foam and a microfibre cloth.
Aside from the standard Graphite spec it has some factory optional extras include Privacy Glass, Arm rests, Heated electric seats, heated steering wheel, heated front screen, diesel pre heater, xenon lights and side steps.
This car has had a very easy life (4K since last MOT), It has seen very very little off road action, I think this can been seen from the mileage and the overall condition. It drives very well and is tight in all the right places. I have been conscious of not doing lots of small trips, and before covid when I did use it for work, It did a 30 mile commute maybe once or twice a week.
The tyres probably have less than 2 thousand miles on them, having done a trip to Cornwall and some more local duties, what with movement restrictions imposed because of covid.
Vehicle located in Tamworth.
Please get in touch via DM. I am happy to chat and give any more info required.
Due to Covid and being on the vulnerable register i'd prefer no cash so cleared funds only.
Masks will be required for a test drive, as will your proof of insurance that covers you to drive the car.
Thanks
Matt

As a benchmark, WeBuyAnyCar have offered me £26,500.
I might be a bit keen at £30K
Im open to offers between the 2.
Its a stunning car that's really been looked after and id prefer it to go to a forum member/enthusiast.

Boils down to how quickly you want/need to sell?
Have you thought about listing it on the Collecting Cars online auction site? You can set a reserve and the buyer pays the premium. Lost of stuff on there and they often make surprisingly big money. Google it... (NB I am not connected in anyway with the site, wish I was!!!)

Not desperate to sell however I have made the decision to and it would be good if I could get my soldiers in a row before any house purchase.
I haven't heard of Collecting Cars but just had a look and no listing fee sounds good. might be worth a go.
Cheers

Discovery 4 Graphite
Thanks Matt for letting me consider your D4, it certainly looks a nice car.
I would have loved to see it on my drive, but had to be practical in the end.
Good luck with your aspirations.Disco 3 2005
