[For Sale] Two bed flat - Wellesbourne, convenient for JLR Gaydon!
OK.. so this is 'anything else' and maybe a two-bed apartment is a little extreme, but it's super-convenient for anyone working at Gaydon...
This is our daughter's flat - she's a Design and Test Engineer at JLR but her partner runs a business in Lichfield so they are looking to move somewhere mid-way that evens out the commute for both!
It's in a gated development of about 45 or so properties - Jess's flat is in the old manor house part and, as such, has oodles of character with high ceilings, stunning windows onto the front area and decorative mouldings that the developers left in place.
The blurb:
Communal Entrance
Grand communal entrance accessed via the main door and through a secure video entry security system, offering a delightful seating area, access to the rest of the main house and access to the apartment situated on the ground floor.
Note: the common seating area is under vaulted skylights... just perfect for a sneaky chat with the neighbours and a craft gin or two..
Entrance Hall
Door from the front into a long, spacious entrance hall with high ceilings, a radiator and doors off to all rooms.
Lounge / Kitchen
Open plan lounge/kitchen having a range of modern wall and base units and complimentary work surfaces over, stainless steel one bowl sink and drainer unit, integrated Bosch appliances including dish washer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob with splash back and cooker hood over, space for freestanding American fridge freezer, dining space, large double glazed windows to the front elevation, feature coving, engineered wood flooring and a door to the hallway.
Bedroom One
Large double glazed window to the front elevation, built in wardrobes and a radiator.
Bedroom Two
Large double glazed window to the front elevation and a radiator.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom benefitting bath with a rainfall shower over, WC, wash hand basin with build in vanity storage and a chrome heated towel radiator.
Outside
Access to a communal garden with allocated parking and guest spaces.
Her flat is to the ground floor, to the left of the main door as you look at the building from the outside.
She's looking for £205,000

Yep... She's being told that much of her role can be done remotely, hence the thought that they can look for property closer to Lichfield... she's also looking at roles that might be based at Fen End which also changes the commute...
However, JLR notwithstanding, hopefully there are plenty of jobs around Leamington Spa, southern edge of Birmingham etc and it will be a nice flat for someone!!D4 Commercial - 65 Plate, 2016MY

I’d keep it and rent it out personally. Should be self financing with a change to a buy to let mortgage unless she need to access any direct equity.

If there’s sufficient equity, then remortgaging on a B2L basis to raise the deposit for another property is an option to consider.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
